Asian PX market price fell US $20.5 to US $1,482.5 / ton (CFR Taiwan) on June 7.
Market offers for July shipment declined from $1,515/ton CFR (excluding India/China/Middle East) to $1,498 / ton (CFR). Some counteroffers for July shipment were made at $1460 / ton (CFR), but no deal was reached.
At the same time, downstream benzene too fell $25 / ton and MX dropped $23 / ton.
