According to Curtis Leroy, Burlington's Director of Vendor Relations, "FineLine went the extra mile where other potential ticket suppliers balked. We are very comfortable with our selection of FineLine as our supplier."

FineLine worked with an implementation team from Burlington with representatives from its Supply Chain, Distribution, Vendor Compliance, Merchandising and IT departments to plan and implement the new ticketing initiative.

A pilot program was conducted in June and the companies began rolling out the program to additional vendors in July. Plans are for FineLine to be producing tickets for all Burlington vendors within twelve months.

Says Richard Jaynes, FineLine VP of Sales, "This is the beginning of an excellent long-term relationship with Burlington Coat Factory, one of the leading retailers in the world. We are proud of our team that has worked so hard to make this program successful and are proud to be associated with Burlington."

"Their management team has been extremely supportive throughout the planning, testing and pilot phases of this project. We are now prepared to deliver outstanding service and improved efficiency to Burlington and its vendors."

Burlington Coat Factory is a national department store chain which offers current, high quality, designer merchandise at prices up to 60% below those of other department stores. Privately held by Bain Capital Partners, there are over 350 Burlington Coat Factory sores in 42 states nationwide.
