Eurostop, the leading supplier to the fashion, footwear and lifestyle sectors is launching its new module designed to support multi-channel retailers with fulfilment of e-commerce orders. This latest module is included in Eurostop's fully integrated suite of retail management solutions.

e-fulfilment, enables multiple retailers to manage where the stock is obtained for e-commerce customer orders. The system decides if the order is fulfilled either from the branch stock or warehouse based on different criteria set at Head Office. The multi-channel retailer benefits from having a live stock position in the Warehouse and Shops to efficiently fulfil web orders and optimise stock turn.

The system prioritises each e-commerce order as it arrives, and forms a plan for how to obtain the stock to fulfil the customer order. It either auto generate picks for the warehouse if it finds the stock in the warehouse or elect to take the stock from the stores.

If the store is chosen, the system automatically alerts the store epos system that it has the items requested in stock so that e-commerce orders are prioritised. Some of the business benefits are accurate stock positions for retail and e-commerce, improved turnover and higher levels of service to the customer.
