GSI Commerce Inc will issue a news release announcing its fiscal 2006 third quarter operating results after the close of the financial markets on Oct. 25.
The company will hold a conference call on that day at 4:45 p.m. EDT to discuss the company's results and expectations for future performance.

Please do this at least 15 minutes prior to the call (4:30 p.m. EDT) to register, download and install any necessary audio software. The conference call also will be broadcast live on the Web through CCBN StreetEvents
