Textile industry has set to a technological revolution in the country as the world demands more production in less time.
In last December, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co installed the Enterprise Information System to produce the first set of back-disposal machine, which can produce 50,000 tons of ZLHV908 terylene short fibre. So far, it has brought a sale of RMB150 million.
Company sources revealed that during the current five-year plan, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co Ltd plans to install information integration software.
The unit has integrated the information and management techniques with business procedure to considerably increase the production efficiency. At present, there are 500 categories of products in integration system.
Sources said the design period for products has reduced from a year to around 2 months.
