The real time processing for sales and stock data means that the online store is able to draw from the same stock pool as the bricks and mortar stores, without any fear of over selling.
Eurostop provides a range of designs and layouts incorporating the retailer's own branding and a free refresh or make-over is included. The site can be maintained by the customer with only a few hours training so that text and images may be updated regularly.
The system will include all the customer service functionality that consumers have grown to expect from the large online retailers, like automated order acknowledgements, notification of order despatch.
It will also include some more personalised customer service features like enabling retailers to publish new season stocks ahead of delivery so that customers can reserve pieces they like, and be alerted once they are in stock.
Customer loyalty data will be shared between the branches and the online store, so that people that purchase both online and in store receive personalised correspondence rather than disparate, impersonal mailings with lots of different special offers and promotions.
The new e-commerce solution, which is hosted by Eurostop, is available to purchase or as part of a rental agreement.
