The Josephine Warren group has selected Eurostop's WinRMIS Retail Management system and WinPOS, EPOS systems for its three shops based on the South Coast in Sussex and Hampshire.

This includes the Max Mara franchise in Chichester and will run a specifically developed system that interfaces directly to the head office system for product codes.

This will enable the retailer to place orders for stock directly and send reports of items sold back to head office automatically, saving time and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times within the stores.

The retailer selected the Eurostop system in early January and was up and running with the system during the first week of February.

As well as head office retail management and EPOS, the Josephine Warren group is also using the Customer Loyalty Card modules within the system. The system will also expand to include Budget Account Card customers, together with all the reporting necessary to support this functionality

Timothy Potter, owner of the Josephine Warren group commented, “We knew that other Max Mara franchisees were using the Eurostop system and were very happy with it. Also, the Eurostop Rental agreement allows us to use the system without the large capital outlay that is usual when upgrading computer systems. So far we are delighted with the new system.”

Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop commented, “ At Eurostop we are committed to providing our customers with the most comprehensive yet easy to use systems. This enables them to get on with what they do best, being a retailer, while we look after the systems. For many of our clients, customer service is their main differentiator, and this is an ethos that Eurostop shares.”

Max Mara is the best-known name of a number of lines produced by the Italian Maramotti family which include Sportmax, Weekend, I Blues, Penny Black and Marella, Pianoforte, Max and Co, and Marina Rinaldi. It is one of the largest if not the largest manufacturers of women's clothes in Italy.
