San Diego based Glidesoft Inc, provider of Service-now.com an On Demand IT service and asset management solution announced women's casual and dress shoes designing firm Phoenix Footwear Group has selected Service-now.com as their IT service management platform to support all IT operations.
Phoenix Footwear deployed Service-now.com as their service management platform to manage all IT operations in eleven locations across the United States.Phoenix uses Service-now.com to manage IT incidents and changes with future plans to employ the configuration and asset management capabilities of this on-demand service management solution.
