Industrial Nanotech announces addition to intellectual property portfolio

Industrial Nanotech Inc, an emerging global leader in nanotechnology announced that the Company is filing to expand the patent rights worldwide for a patent application it originally filed in March of 2006 on a new nanocomposite.
“The material which is the subject of this new invention has the potential to provide us with the opportunity to expand our product line from the current patented Nansulate industrial and residential coatings to a much wider range of building materials including drywall, plaster, and concrete block,” states Stuart Burchill, CEO of Industrial Nanotech Inc.
“Additionally, the material's characteristics provide the Company with the opportunity to expand outside of the building industry, including providing liners to the apparel industry for items such as ski jackets, winter parkas, and boots. Filing to expand the protection of this innovative invention to all of Europe, China, India, Russia, Australia, Korea, and many other important countries reflects the scope of the impact we believe this new material can have.”
Nansulate is the Company's patented product line of specialty coatings containing a nanotechnology based material and which are well-documented to provide the combined performance qualities of thermal insulation, corrosion prevention, resistance to mold growth and lead encapsulation in an environmentally safe, water-based, coating formulation. The Nansulate Product Line includes both industrial and residential energy saving coatings.
