The company's 90-day Rapid Start Licensing Program, which was available for a limited time through August 31, is designed to open access to Intermec's current and future RFID technology innovations and to clearly indicate to the marketplace which manufacturers and vendors are licensed to use Intermec's patented RFID technologies.
"The Rapid Start program was created because end-user customers realize the benefits of RFID in mission-critical applications such as in supply chains, and want access to the full power of these systems, available only by using Intermec's patented inventions," said Intermec President Tom Miller.
