Eurostop manages Peter Newman Shoes new online store

Peter Newman Shoes, a family run business renowned for its customer service has invested in Eurostop's ready to go e-commerce solution for its new online store. The new website www.shoes2Udirect.com has been developed by Eurostop as part of the retailer's expansion plans.
It has been developed to reflect the company's image, is fully integrated with Eurostop's retail management system, and provides customers with an way to purchase. Peter Newman Shoes also plans to install kiosks in each shop so that customers may order shoes in different colours, styles or sizes from those stocked in their local shop.
The company has been using Eurostop WinRMIS at head office and WinPOS at till point to manage stock across its 14 stores in the South East successfully for over two years. Mark Newman, Managing `ctor at Peter Newman Shoes said, “We have seen tremendous benefits since we have had Eurostop's solution in place. It has given us a much better understanding of the business. When we decided to launch an online store, Eurostop was the obvious answer.”
Since its soft launch in October, the website is already recording sales every day despite, so far, little promotion.
Eurostop has developed the site based on its software rental business model where the retailer pays a set amount each month for the development and support of the system.
Mr Newman further commented, “We liked the idea of a simple solution – one monthly fee that covers all costs for development, support and maintenance. I was also delighted with the project management for the e-site. Eurostop really understands the nature of the retail business and their systems have helped to turn Peter Newman Shoes from a traditional High Street retailer into a full Multi-channel retailer.”
