N. Peal has invested in Eurostop's retail management solution to enable it to manage, track and analyse sales. The company plans to use the system in its newly launched store in Burlington Arcade, in London's West End. The company expects the new systems to enable it to better monitor sales and manage stock flows, increasing profitability.

N. Peal selected Eurostop's system for its ease of use and flexibility to grow as the company expands its retail operations. The store is using WinPOS at till point to capture sales, which are then analysed using Eurostop's WinRMIS, the head office system. All sales are automatically registered and tracked by WinRMIS, providing an instant picture of selling lines and stock.

The company has also selected the Customer loyalty option, to enable it to monitor customer preferences and target seasonal and new collections. The system will provide reports that will help to identify customer buying patterns – colour and style preferences. N. Peal also intends to integrate the Eurostop system with its website, later in 2008, in order to enable customers to purchase online. The website will link directly to the company's back-end systems, including sales, order processing and stock.

Adam Holdsworth, Director at N. Peal said: “Having recently acquired the N. Peal brand, we wanted to re-launch the flagship retail store in the Burlington Arcade. We needed a specialist retail system that could also give us accurate managementinformation and could give us the flexibility to meet our expansion plans for the UK and globally.
