A conference call to discuss the full-year and fourth quarter results is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, following the earnings release. During the call, Epicor also currently plans to discuss its ongoing acquisition of NSB Retail Systems PLC, which is expected to close on February 7, 2008.
