On the road by SATRA – consumer products foresight

SATRA has organized a series of technology road shows in the US and China in June 2009 to provide information on current industry issues for consumer products and to discuss innovative ideas that SATRA intends to explore.
The road shows are exclusive to SATRA members and topics will include: • Safety footwear/ EU and US standards • Shoe sizes and fitting • Comfort and shock absorption • Current legislation on chemicals used in production • Stitchless technology • Environmental impact issues • Moisture management and thermal properties of footwear
