American Eagle extends & expands relationship with GSI

GSI Commerce Inc, the leading provider of e-commerce and multichannel solutions, announced it has signed a multiyear agreement with American Eagle Outfitters to continue providing customer care services for the American Eagle Outfitters, aerie, MARTIN + OSA and 77kids brands. GSI will provide additional customer care services under the expanded agreement.

American Eagle Outfitters ranks No. 54 in the list of Top 500 online retailers recently published by Internet Retailer.

“American Eagle Outfitters is committed to delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience to its customers, and we are excited to continue as an important component of their e-commerce business,” stated Scott Hardy, executive vice president of Business Management for GSI.

GSI operates three contact centers in Eau Claire, Wis., Brunswick, Ga., and Melbourne, Fla.
