ProLogis to expand distribution facility in China for Adidas

Founded in 1994, Suzhou Industrial Park is one of China's most important and fastest-growing business and industrial areas.
Situated in Suzhou, a city of almost 7 million people about 50 miles west of Shanghai, the park spans an area of more than 115 square miles (300 square kilometers) and is home to the business operations of approximately 2,000 companies, including dozens of Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 corporations.
Headquartered in Germany, Adidas is a leader in the global sporting goods industry. It manufactures and distributes athletic footwear, clothing, equipment and accessories in markets around the world under a broad portfolio of consumer brands, including Adidas, Mavic, Arc'Teryx, Bonfire, Cliche, TaylorMade and Maxfli. In 2004, the company had annual revenues of more than 6.4 billion euros.
