Belonging to the most significant film family, Shweta Bachchan-Nanda is not fond of being in the media glare even as other members of her family have been in the limelight all the time.
Occasionally, she has been seen encouraging her father and brother at award functions or in a fashion show of Abu-Sandeep, otherwise she has remained invisible for media.
Recently, she modeled for her first cover shoot for L'Officiel India's September issue, saying that she is camera-shy but added that after reaching Rome for the shoot, it was easy for her.
She was dressed in Fendi's Fall-Winter 2006 collection and the shooting was done in Palazzo Fendi. She termed the shoot as a great experience.

When asked about her personal style, she says that she is not particular regarding a certain kind of a dress. Her style icons are not far away with her mother, grandmother as her favourite along with Meena Kumari. On the Western front, it is Madonna and Jemima khan.
