Yennie Lim, the 18-year-old model from Kedah, won the title of Miss Malaysia Chinatown International national finals 2007 held at the Paradise Sandy Beach Resort in Tanjung Bungah, Penang, on September 1.
There were 14 final contestants. Yennie also won five other titles — Miss Style Flash Charming, Miss Lady-like Best Catwalk, Miss Prosun Body Beautiful, Miss Autoworld and Miss Vivo.
Lim will now represent the country at the Miss International 2007 finals to be held in Tokyo by the end of next month.
Yennie received a crown, a sash, jewelry worth RM3,200 and cash prize of RM30,700.
Felicia Tan from Penang was the first runner-up and second runner-up was Jaclyn Teo from Sarawak.
