The twentieth British Wool Sale of the 2011/12 Season was held by the British Wool Marketing Board at Wool House and offered 2,137,807 kilos.

The market was quieter and with the exception of a few minority grades prices were cheaper with an overall clearance of 32%.

Compared to the last time sold:

Pick and Supers : 5% cheaper

Halfbreds : 5% cheaper

Cross : 5% cheaper

Radnors: 4 - 5% cheaper

Welsh : 5% cheaper

Swaledale : 8% cheaper
