In the Oudh collection, Yadav has blended the characteristic resplendence and grandeur of the ethnic with the exciting bonanza of the contemporary chic.

Yoshita Yadav used 100 per cent raw silks, woven in Varanasi and Bengaluru in the collection, which has vivid representation of motifs taken from Bara Imambara, Chhota Imambara and Rumi Darwaza in Lucknow. (AR)
