Karl Lagerfeld, the German fashion designer known for his unconventional out-of-the-box styles, is all set to foray in the United Kingdom.

According to vogue.co.uk, the designer is planning to open his store somewhere near the Oxford Street in London by the year-end.

The new outlet will be a part of his eponymous label’s global expansion plans.

The 79-year-old designer, whose line is currently being sold at Selfridges and Harrods, plans to unveil a string of nearly ten more outlets in the future in world-class cities like Amsterdam and Paris.

Lagerfeld, who is also at the creative helm of international brands like Chanel and Fendi, had launched his maiden eponymous-label store in Paris in February, 2013.
