Baby Bee Bright Corporation the developer of a unique prenatal learning system announced that the company has launched the Baby Bee Bright clothing line as part of a joint venture with Seventh Avenue New York-based clothing designer and marketer Pretty Look Inc.
The Baby Bee Bright clothing line is comprised of maternity, infant and children's ware, as well as related products such as crib mattress covers, etc.
Baby Bee Bright Corporation and Pretty Look, Inc., entered into a definitive Licensing Agreement in June of 2005. Under the agreement Baby Bee Bright Corporation contracted with Pretty Look to design and market specific products using Baby Bee Bright's licensed trademark. Baby Bee Bright Corporation will receive a royalty fee based on gross sales.
