Indian fashion designers have definitely made a mark in the world's fashion market.
It's definitely a proud moment for Mumbai designers, Narendra Kumar, Nandita Mahtani and Surily Goel who have been invited to showcase their designs at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week at Smashbox Studios, Los Angeles, from March 18 to 22, 2007.
Ahmedabad-based duo Rahul Mishra and Samar Firdos, Kolkata-based team Dev & Nil will showcase their collection at the Rosemount Australian Fashion Week in Sydney from April 30 to May 4.
These designers will show their Indian fashion week collections on international ramps before showing them in Mumbai at Lakme Fashion Week which is to be held from March 27 to 31, 2007 but with minor changes in the designs.
