Fashion accessory designer Meera Mahadevia debuts sari creations

Fashion accessory goddess Meera Mahadevia launched her first ever saree collection in New Delhi, today.
The exquisite collection on display at Ogaan features wide range of expertly designed sarees in blend of various fabrics include georgettes, tussars and brocades embellished with heavy zari work, intricate embroidery and printed motifs.
This line depicts overwhelming Indian heritage and styles that have been so prominent in designer's accessories for past 20 years.
Meera Mahadevia speaking at the inaugural ceremony said, “It is a full circle for me since I started my career with textiles, moved to accessories and now I 'm back, with a sari collection after two decades. Like my accessories, every sari celebrates the richness of Indian cultural diversity and aesthetics, inspiring a constant feeling of pride and patriotism. "
Meera's shoes, handbags, cluthches, belts and jewelry are renowned in countries like the US, EU, UAE and so on.
