Under her label “MYNAH”, Renu has titled her new collection as “BAROQUE PASSION”. Renu forecast 2007 as the year of shapeless and volumes cuts. Renu's autumn-winter collection 2007 touches the depth of colour garnette pearl between modernity and tradition in continuous interplay of - subdued and intense but ornate thread embroidery and extravagant textures in cuts such as pleats, kalis, cocoon etc.

To give the full of Baroque era, the collection consists of old Jamavar textures, velvet, silk and laces. The collection may be derived from Baroque music, cuts created keeping in mind the young passionate, bold and confident woman of today.
Drawing its inspiration from the artistic styles of 17th century, BAROQUE is used to imply extravagance applying more to art than music and is fast becoming in vogue when it comes to art, fashion or architecture.
