Designer brands have been the key for development of Hangzhou city's women silk clothing industry.
Keeping this in mind, recently, the Government of Hangzhou city formally introduced a training programme for women-clothing designers. Where in, from 2007 to 2017, special fund of yuan four million will be allocated for this purpose each year.
It is anticipated that, within 10 years, Hangzhou city will be able to shape up 60 outstanding women-clothing designers, 200 top grade administrative personnels, 400 technicians and 1000 workers for famous international academies.
