Swift Spinning Inc, the cotton yarn manufacturer, headquartered in Columbus, Georgia, operating since 1906, has been sold to Blackstreet Capital Management, the Bethesda-based private equity fund.
Ric Miller, Chairman of Swift Spinning said that this new ownership has provided the company a second opportunity to strengthen its position as a world-class leader in quality cotton yarns.
