China's total global imports of flax yarn reached US $12.35 million from January to October of 2009, an increase of 4.03 percent over the same period of the previous year.
The growth rate was 17.18 percent higher than the negative growth rate registered by China's total imports of textiles and garments which stood at -13.15 percent in the same period.
