Chemical fiber yarn exports up exponentially

China's exports of chemical fiber yarn registered 1.4257 million tons from January-October this year, an increase of 24.03 percent year on year and export value achieved US $4.188 billion.

This is an increase of 43.42 percent year on year and accounting for 52.82 percent of yarn exports, according to statistics from Chinese customs.

In the same period, exports of silk yarn fell to 7800 tons, down 24 percent year on year and touched $222 million, an increase of 3.87 percent.
