Monika Panghal

Monika Panghal is a textile and apparel professional with over a decade of experience across industry, academia and consulting in India and Ethiopia. She has worked in senior merchandising roles for leading international brands, taught at the Ethiopian Institute of Textile and Fashion Technology, and now supports large government funded programmes in the textile sector. A Six Sigma Black Belt and Ph.D. researcher in fashion and apparel engineering, her work focuses on productivity improvement, quality and technology adoption across the textile and garment value chain.
