Gen Next 5 year show concept LFW Gen Next recipients are known to constantly push the boundaries of innovation and imagination, the celebratory show will see 10 designers bring alive five looks each that epitomize their personality and individuality on the ramp. Each Gen Next designer today has his/her own forte and will showcase his/her signature look which found their beginnings in the Gen Next Program.

• Aneeth Arora – Global Local, collection aspires to connect with the aesthetics of people from around the world by creating international trends using local material and skills • Anuj Sharma – Simplicity, reflects original sophistication and affordable fashion • Kallol Datta – Black Humourist, depicts what he does best, tainting fashion with a hint of morbid black humor through words and prints • Kunal Rawal – Deconstruction, is a tale of a garment through the Karigar's (maker) eye - from fabric to a finished garment • Nachiket Barve – Neo-Sophisticate, defines modern progressive design that's clever yet commercial, timely yet timeless using a plethora of techniques • Nitin Bal Chauhan - Freedom! Freedom!, depicts the fragile nature of the Government and the Naxalite deadlock in the wake of capitalism • Rahul Mishra – Evolution, portrays Rahul's journey as a designer starting from the Gen-Next platform • Rimzim Dadu – Texture Machinist, weaves his fascination for developing new surfaces and exploring materials forward, collection will highlight chording, weaving, embossing & RBC • Sailex Ngairangbam – Glam Rock, imbibes newer forms of embellishment, shapes and use of Renaissance fabrics • Swapnil Shinde – Provocative, is a merger of his consistent presence in fashion since 2005, collection represents key elements from seasons gone by but with a contemporary twist.
