Anna Chapman, the former Russian spy-turned-fashion designer, has recently unveiled the spring-summer 2014 collection of her eponymous brand.

Inspired from Russian culture, old paintings and patterns, the high-tech fabrics made capsule line is titled as The Frog Princess.

The range’s exquisite bodycon numbers and dresses are decorated with prints from popular Russian fairy tales such as the wish granting Firebird, good luck bringing Mezen horses and cute squirrels from author Aleksandr Pushkin’s stories.

An acclaimed author and host of Russia’s REN TV’s weekly show ‘Secrets of the World’, Anna had launched her namesake label at the Turkish fashion fest Dosso Dossi Fashion Show 2014.

Designed by a group of talented young designers from Russian fashion colleges, the line, which was unveiled sometime in January, 2014, comprised of dresses and accessories fit to be worn both in city and village set ups.

The 32-year-old was arrested in New York in the 2010’s suspicious Russian spy ring bust case. Later, she was deported to Russia as part of a prisoner swap.
