Sweet maker Chupa Chups is going to launch its collection of womenswear in Paris and Madrid next month in an effort to venture in the fashion business.
The product named as 'Sugar Victim' will be targeting women in the age group of 18 and 30 and will be uncovered in the Paris Pret-a-Porter and Madrid SIMM catwalk shows scheduled to come up soon.
Firm informed that collections themed as creamy, flower power and fruit-themed will be studded with digital printing and three-dimensional techniques.
The collection comes just a few weeks after take-over by Italian confectioner Perfetti Van Melle who bought the company for US $515 million from Bernat family.
Chupa Chups' global portfolio includes Chupa Chups lollipops and Smint mints, whils Perfetti Van Melle have Fruittella chews and Mentos, the number two sugar confectionery brand in the world.
