Archana Kochhar displays 'Ahimsa Resama'

The collection 'Ahimsa Resama', which was created with Ahimsa silk, a technique where silk is extracted and woven without killing silkworms, displayed global silhouettes with ethnic embroideries. The colour palette consisted of nude beiges and ivory offset with rose gold embellishments. The embroidery was a concoction of rich Indian traditional gold zari thread, intellectual texturing techniques, and Swarovski sprinkle.

Kochhar said, “We received rave reviews for this collection on the global runway. This collection is a perfect marriage between technology and fashion like Exhibit's Tech Fashion tour making it a perfect platform to unveil Ahimsa Resama in India.”

Exhibit's Tech Fashion Tour also showcased collections of other designers like Rocky S, Pria Kataria, Ken Ferns and biggies from the technology world like HTC and UBTech amongst others. (HO)
