Regis Corporation, the global leader in the $150 billion hair care industry announced the acquisition of Fiesta Hair Salons, a well-established chain of 175 company-owned salons located primarily in Ohio. This transaction closed June 19, 2007 and is expected to add $44 million in annualized revenue.
