Fashion retailer Charlotte Russe Holding Inc announced that Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel T. Carter, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the Piper Jaffray 26th Annual Consumer Conference at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City on Wednesday June 7, 2006 at 1:30 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time.

Fourteen new stores were opened during the first quarter of fiscal 2006, and the company expects to open up to 35 new stores during the fiscal year ending in September 2006.
