Citi Trends same store sales rise 10.8% for four-week periods

Citi Trends Inc reported unaudited sales results for the four-week period ended May 27, 2006.
Total net sales for the four-week period ended May 27, 2006 increased 32.1 percent to $23.6 million compared with $17.9 million for the four-week period ended May 28, 2005.
Comparable store sales increased 10.8 percent for the four-week period ended May 27, 2006, compared with an 11.1 percent increase in the prior-year period. Relocated and expanded stores are included in the comparable store sales results.
Citi Trends Inc is a value-priced retailer of urban fashion apparel and accessories for the entire family. The Company currently operates 253 stores located in 16 states in the South, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.
