AnnTaylor Stores Corporation announced that Adrienne Lazarus has been named President of Ann Taylor Stores and Donna Noce has been named President of Ann Taylor LOFT, effective immediately.
Kay Krill, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Adrienne and Donna have been key in driving the success of each division's recent strong results, and both of them have a deep understanding of our business and our brands that was cultivated over their many years with the Company. We look forward to their contributions in their expanded roles as we continue to implement our growth plans."
Ms. Lazarus will now have full oversight of the Ann Taylor Stores brand with responsibility for design, merchandising, stores and visual. She has been with the Company for 15 years, initially spending six years with the Ann Taylor division and then being part of the team that launched and grew the Ann Taylor LOFT brand.
Ms. Lazarus moved from LOFT to the position of General Merchandise Manager of the Ann Taylor division in October 2004 and was instrumental in that division's turnaround in the second half of 2005. She was named Executive Vice President of Merchandise and Design at Ann Taylor Stores in March 2005.
Ms. Noce, who has been with the Company for 10 years, will now have full oversight of the Ann Taylor LOFT brand with responsibility for design, merchandising, stores and visual. Over the past fifteen months, she has served as Executive VicePresident of Merchandise and Design at Ann Taylor LOFT.
