AltaRomAltaModa to encourage young fashion designers

In line with its mission, this year will also see a repeat version of the successful “Who is on next?” competition, jointly promoted by Alta Roma and Vogue Italia.
A competition targeted at the discovery and launching of young designers, a reflection of the new frontiers of innovation. On 10 July, a collective fashion show, scheduled to start at 12.30, will be held at Hadrian's Temple with the announcement of the 3 winners.
The July edition of AltaRomaAltaModa will also host some famous fashion houses such as Ermanno Scervino, scheduled to make its first Roman Haute Couture catwalk debut. This well-known fashion brand will present its collection against the exclusive backdrop of Piazza del Campidoglio and will receive a special award for creativity from the mayor of Rome.
In 1998, the Agenzia per la Moda SpA, a company founded to promote the city of Rome on the Italian High Fashion circuit, was created by the Rome Chamber of Commerce and the Muncipality of Rome. The main event organized by Alta Roma is AltaRomaAltaModa, held twice a year in January and July.
