Leading premium lifestyle accessory brand for men and women Oroton Group is planning to sell licenses to Busby Holdings Australia Pty to market ALDO footwear in Australia and New Zealand.
Oroton Group will include $1.7 million which will come from sale of ALDO business assets in its year ended July 29 results.
ALDO Group, which operates over 600 retail stores across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
