Pacific Brands to acquire Globe Streetwear Division

Pacific Brands Limited (Pacific Brands) announced that it has been undertaking negotiations to acquire the Australian and New Zealand Streetwear Division of Globe International (Globe).
A conditional agreement is expected to be signed.
Globe's heritage and future is in building and managing boardsports and streetwear brands. These brands are represented acrosss the apparel, footwear, hardgoods and accessories markets worldwide. Established in 1984, our business is multi branded, multi region and multi category, providing significant opportunities for growth in the years to come.
Pacific Brands' commitment to market leadership has provided it with number one or two positions across its major product categories in Australia and New Zealand which include underwear, socks, intimate apparel, hosiery, footwear, bedding, bedding accessories and foams.
