Talking about Malo's brand, the Chairman said, “With the prêt-à-porter (designed by Tommaso Aquilano e Roberto Rimondi) and accessories collections Malo is now a successful player in contemporary luxury. Malo today represents not only the excellence in workmanship and cashmere but also a well-known Italian brand in prêt-à-porter and accessories all over the world. We had a very good response from domestic and international markets, even on the buyers' field. New markets like Middle East and Far East have also been important contributors.”

Tonino also revealed strategies for 2007-2010 period, which include consolidating the position of Ittierre as the leader in marketing 'high fashion content' apparel to a young audience. He said, “We will further develop of the accessories concept Plus IT, complete the transition of Malo into a luxury brand and concentrate on previous investments for Gianfranco Ferré repositioning.”

As for future participation, “We will have Malo's fashion show in New York on 10 September and Gianfranco Ferré woman fashion show on 24 September in Milan.”
