Sylvia Park fashion precinct to add 50 specialist retailers

The fashion precinct will open at 10.00am on Thursday, and will then revert to the normal 9.00am opening time of the rest of the Centre.
Construction of Stages III and IV is progressing well, with the symbolic cone structure which forms the centre of the entertainment and leisure precinct (Stage III) taking shape. Stage III and IV are due for completion in the second quarter, and mid 2007 respectively.
Sylvia Park presents a major potential development for the Trust. The Park consists of 24 hectares of land in the heart of Auckland's south-eastern isthmus. The Trust is developing the site into a world-class 'town centre' featuring a wide range of retail, commercial and community facilities.
