Italian eyewear maker Safilo's boss Vittorio Tabacchi is now the major shareholder of the company with an interest of 36.8 percent.
The remaining companies owning more than 2 percent of Safilo, which launched its IPO on 9 December, are Fidelity International, Asset Management and two SunLightLuxco funds.
