Women's clothing retailer Christopher & Banks Corporation (CBK) announced that Kim Decker has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Store Operations.
Prior to this promotion, Decker was Vice President and Director of Stores for the Company's C J Banks division.
Decker will be replacing Ralph Neal who previously announced plans to retire at the end of April 2006.
Decker joined the Company in 1980 as a Store Manager and has held District Manager and Regional Manager positions before becoming Vice President in August 2002.

Her enthusiasm combined with her focus on customer service has been instrumental in providing their customers with an enjoyable shopping experience."
The Company also announced that Cindy Boden has joined the Company as Vice President and Director of Stores -- C.J. Banks.
Boden was most recently Vice President of Stores for Torrid a division of Hot Topic Inc.
Prior to joining Hot Topic Inc in 2000, Boden was with Park Place Interiors.
She previously held field management positions with County Seat, Miller's Outpost, Brookstone and Gap Stores Inc.
Boden will report to Kim Decker, Senior Vice President of Store Operations.
