Family apparel retailer Citi Trends Inc reported unaudited sales results for the four-week period ended July 30, 2005.
Total net sales for the four-week period ended July 30, 2005 increased by 34.5% to $18.9 million from $14.1 million reported in the prior fiscal year. Comparable store sales increased 8.5% for the four-week period ended July 30, 2005 compared to a 3.6% decrease in the four-week period ended July 31, 2004.
Relocated stores and expanded stores are included in the comparable store sales results. The Company opened 7 new stores on July 28, 2005 bringing its total store count to 221.
