The Management of TLWAY TEXCO has embarked on this acquisition exercise to overcome market changes on Import / Export to US and EU. Keen developments on re-imposition of new Quota and Tariffs systems on China and other major textile countries have proven that move to the Uzbekistan has First Mover Advantage. However, the Management would like further safeguard the interest of Shareholders by diversifying into Sub-Saharan region – Lesotho due to its favorable investment climate.
