Asian benzene slips last week due to ample availability

Benzene prices slipped in Asia in the last week ending Nov 15, due to ample of product availability in the region.

In Korea, average benzene prices dipped by US$ 55/ton and were quoted at US$ 995/ton last week, down 5.24 per cent as compared to its previous week.

In Japan too, average prices reduced by US$ 55/ton or 5.21 per cent and were assessed at US$ 1000/ton last week, as against its previous week.

In the Indian market, average benzene prices also fell by US$ 55/ton and were offered at US$ 1005/ton last week from its previous week, down 5.19 per cent.
