PT Out of Asia provides embroidery training to Acehnese women

A programme to set up Embroidery production centers at Aceh to help tsunami survivors is conducted by Central Bank of Indonesia in cooperation with Yogyakarta-based PT Out of Asia, one of the largest exporters of local handcrafted products.
Many Acehnese women are skillful in embroidery work. Almost 45 women were trained in these centres to make variety of high-quality embroidered products for PT Out of Asia Company.
Owner and President Director of PT Out of Asia provided business perception and information of high-quality handmade products so that Acehnese embroidery can be exported and make a mark in the international market.
