JFC concludes under 'Anxiety & Spirit of The World' theme

Jember Fashion Carnaval ( JFC-5 ) held on Sunday, August 6th , 2006 in Jember, East Java, World Fashion Trend oriented proposing “ Anxiety & Spirit of The World “ as its main Theme.
The event revolved around eight themes:
1. Archipelago Bali (Opening Defile 'Welcome to Indonesia'), Using Bali as Inspirator.
2. Forest (Moved by the goal to preserve the life and peace of the forest).
3. Poverty (Portraying poverty throughout the world with its realities & contradictions).
7. Russia (Bringing out Travelling trend with autumn winter concept)
8. World Cup (Incorporating the spirit & emotion of soccer fans around the world).
Using 3,6 Km street as the catwalk / the runway & witnessed by more than 100,000 spectators, JFC's concept was Entertainment, Exhibition & Education, involved approximately 450 participants consisting of school & college student, not to mention the public by undergoing in house trainings such as Event Organizer, Fashion Trend, Fashion Runway, Fashion Dance, Fashion Street, Fashion Competition& Fashion Exhibition( Featuring JFC Boyband ) including cloths designing, accessorizing, make up & hair Style application. All trainings were given for free.
